Candle Lit
The candle lit for those that grieve now
The candle lit for those that mourn
Some dear one passed from our presence now
Lost it seems for eternity from our love
Yet the candle lit was for the one that died
For there is hope that it does not end there
There is light in the tunnel if we look beyond
Jesus bids us come to Him
To join with Him for all eternity
This world is a dying one
But what Jesus bids us to
It will never end
Let therefore the candle be lit
With true hope and not fear
